Mr. Hernandez brings over forty years of executive management and financial expertise to the Company. Ten years in the capacity of Chairman and CEO and ten years as CFO with corporations ranging from large to start up ventures which he capitalized. He has a proven record of conceptualizing, planning, funding and operating businesses in the computer, telecommunications, real estate and other industries. As a solution oriented visionary, he has developed the discipline to insure focus and implement the management techniques essential to guide a business toward the established goals.
